Use these techniques when you are at exam time

Did you know that there are different scientifically sound techniques that can improve your memory before a test? Here are some of them, so you can put them in practice:

  1. Walk before a test: A 20 minute walk before a test improves your brain performance.
  2. Say it out loud: It is easier to remember something if you say it out loud instead of just reading it. But be careful; don’t try it in a quite library.
  3. Teach it: The best way to know if you learned something, is teaching it to somebody else.
  4. Mind maps: If you want to remember information effectively, try connections. Do mind maps to connect concepts.
  5. Times New Roman: It has been proven that this font is the easiest one to read, therefore, the easiest one to retain.
