Wafer Paper class with Jackie Rodríguez

Have you always wanted to give a different look and appeal to your desserts, but didn’t know how? On Monday April 25th we will have a class with Jackie Rodríguez in San Ignacio College that could be just what you’ve been looking for.

She’s the author and creator of a website called Las Delicias del Buen Vivir, and will be talking about one of the most popular techniques in cake decorating: Wafer Paper.

This pastry artist will teach you to make decorative elements in a few minutes, so you can use them the same day if you’d like. The class will also focus on how to paint edible paper, make Roses, Poppies, an even Ranunculus.
